1. Service Description
Droxin provides professional website repair, malware removal, and security hardening services. We operate on a "Pay After Fix" model — you pay only after we have successfully repaired your website and you confirm satisfaction.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must be the legitimate owner or authorized representative of any website you submit.
3. Access Credentials
By submitting website credentials (WordPress login, hosting panel, FTP), you authorize Droxin technicians to access your website solely for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing it. All credentials are encrypted and not shared with third parties.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due only after successful repair and your confirmation.
- Invoices are issued via Stripe and must be paid within 7 days of issuance.
- Unpaid invoices after 14 days may result in account suspension.
- We do not offer refunds after payment is confirmed as the service is already delivered.
5. No Fix, No Charge
If we are unable to fix your website, you owe us nothing. We will notify you clearly if we cannot resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Droxin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Acceptable Use
- You may not submit websites that contain illegal content.
- You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
- Abuse of our support system may result in account termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
