Is my website login and password safe with you?

Yes. All credentials you share are stored encrypted and are only accessed by our technician during the repair. We never store payment info. You can change your passwords after the fix.

What if you can't fix my website?

Simple: you pay nothing. Our model is pay-after-fix. If we can't resolve the issue, the job is closed with no charge to you.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 2–24 hours after you approve the quote. Emergency cases are prioritized and often resolved within 1–2 hours.

My site shows a 500 error / white screen — can you fix it?

Yes, this is one of the most common issues we handle. 500 errors and white screens are usually caused by plugin conflicts, PHP version mismatches or corrupt files. We diagnose and fix them quickly.

Do you work on WordPress only?

No. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, Shopify, and custom-coded websites on any hosting.

What information do I need to provide?

Just your website URL and a description of the problem to get started. If we need hosting or admin access to proceed, we'll ask for it in the next step — securely.

How does payment work?

After the repair, we create an invoice and you pay securely online via credit card. You confirm the site is working first, then pay. No upfront fees, and no subscription required.

Droxin ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, hashed password.
Project data: Website URL, problem description, and access credentials (encrypted with AES-256).
Payment data: We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only the payment status and Stripe reference ID.
Usage data: IP address, pages visited, browser type, referrer — for analytics only.

2. How We Use Your Data

To diagnose and repair your website.
To communicate with you about your project.
To process payments via Stripe.
To improve our service and detect abuse.

3. Data Security

All sensitive credentials (WordPress passwords, hosting logins, FTP passwords) are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before being stored in our database. Access is restricted to authorized technicians only and deleted after project completion upon request.

Whenever possible, we recommend creating a temporary, limited-access account (a temporary WordPress admin user, FTP account, or hosting-panel login) for us to use instead of your primary credentials, and removing it once the project is complete. Some issues — such as malware cleanup or a full-site restore — may still require full access to your hosting or CMS; when that's the case, we only request what's actually needed to diagnose or fix the specific problem you reported.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics and Google Ads: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to project requests. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Project credentials are deleted upon your request after the project is completed. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@droxin.com.

6. Your Rights

Right to access your personal data.

Right to request deletion of your data.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.

7. Cookies

Our own cookies are only for login: a session cookie, and a secure "stay logged in" cookie that keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 90 days from when you log in, even after closing the browser. Logging out deletes it, and resetting your password signs you out on every device. Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking also set cookies, as described in section 4 above. We don't sell data or run third-party ad networks on this site.
