- Account data: Name, email address, hashed password.
- Project data: Website URL, problem description, and access credentials (encrypted with AES-256).
- Payment data: We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only the payment status and Stripe reference ID.
- Usage data: IP address, pages visited, browser type, referrer — for analytics only.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To diagnose and repair your website.
- To communicate with you about your project.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To improve our service and detect abuse.
3. Data Security
All sensitive credentials (WordPress passwords, hosting logins, FTP passwords) are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before being stored in our database. Access is restricted to authorized technicians only and deleted after project completion upon request.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Project credentials are deleted upon your request after the project is completed. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@droxin.com.
